Small correction here ;) - the transponders are remote units controlled throuth the SV. Jake J

    Interference in headphones

"Is this interference connected to specific SV unit or installation environment? "----- SV's only, however very few installations have this problem - I have done many installs, most without this issue. My guess is composite planes are more likely to show the symptoms you have. BTW -...

    Interference in headphones

I should have mentioned there is 1 x 37 & 2 x 9 pin Dsub M&F connectors in the kit which screw directly onto the SV - the connectors have nut/screws that need to be reversedso they can be secured. Jake J

    Interference in headphones

Dynon have been supplying these to those who are having these'noise' problems which are SV specific - not needed for the legacy units ie D100 series but you have to ask as they are not standard issue with harnesses. HTH Jake J ;)

Do you have the 'filter' type Dsub connectors from dynon for the SV ? Jake J

    Future Feature List

    1. Stormscope integration and display for the rest of the world that does not have WX weather - DS, IMO you could charge for this feature, Stormscope is an added cost if I interfaced it to my MX20 anyway. 2. I'd love to see the tapes color and V bugs expanded. 3. I'd like the idea of...

    Lost voltage reading

"The SV-EMS-220 (not the main SkyView D37) D37 P1 does need to be connected to voltage to have this work. We've seen a few people get confused on this point. " refer my comment --- "and.... it was working but voltage reading was lost during flight". Jake J :)

    Lost voltage reading

DS - We would like an input to this problem please. Jake J

    Skyview GNS-430 Settings

Tim I should have mentioned 'settings' as well - especially as you are confident about the wiring. Be interested to hear about the resolution to your problem. Jake J

    Lost voltage reading

DS will hopefully reply soon - they are on a weeks break, I think that also applies to support. Jake J

    EMS Brown wire

Jerry You could use a circular multipole connector eg ITT Trident series or others (uses solid machined pins/sockets - needs a Daniels type barrel crimper) - has worked for me. HTH Jake J ;)

    Tach pick up wiring

I just use pin 33 for the Lse ign in this situation. Happy New Year to you guys over there - it's 2011 here already ;D Jake J

    EMS Brown wire

The AMP spade/push on connectors work fine - the push on type are fitted already to the probe wires (probe end). Jake J

    Tach pick up wiring

Rick What I do with all theses installations situations is connect the LSE ign (keyswitch option wire) to the Acs switch & then connect the Dynon wires with resistors to L & R ign positions on the switch - hope that's clear ;) Jake J

    Mounting MP transducer

Or ... Try -4 AN fittings and small length of alum tube near cylinder and  Tygon hose to sensor - also don't forget to use a 'restrictor' (cyl end) to dampen any fluctuations in readings. Jake J

    Does Dynon emulate GPSS?

Don't you just love the industry "standard" ::) It would be great IF it happened, but not in our lifetime I guess. Jake J :)

    Mounting MP transducer

Stephen Just a thought - why not raise it higher than the output from the cylinder, that way any 'backwash' material won't damage the transducer? I've known it to happen ;) Jake J
