    Maybe you had something ferrous/metallic in your pockets ? or cell phone ? I've never had an 'issue' with existing correct compass cal after upgrading to vers 3.0. Have done 5 so far.

    DS A customer had this exact same situation ie the CDI @ 360 (no HS34) - I did get the OBS to work on the ground without a valid Lo/ILS signal, not sure how but I think I pressed the OBS button on the SL30, or something like that, as well.  He has 5.4 too. Harkfly - the answer is there...

    Sorry to ask the obvious - did you connect the green tubing to the forward aluminum tube on the AOA Pitot head ? Did you blow air through the sam Pitot head tube to confirm air was coming out at the forward end of same ? Jake J

    EGT/CHT Wire Routing

    Jason That doesn't appear as an issue on the aircraft I've wired, I use 18awg shielded wire and use the shield as the 'ground' return - ie shield onto the mag ground screw and ground screw on ACS switch or other side of toggle switch if that was used instead. Jake J ;)
