Can be easier than that - I turned off all inputs/sensors that weren't connected to the EFIS/EMS (OAT is direct to HS34) then did a reconfigure of DSAB - now it all works.
So with the OAT connected via HS34 it appears that anytime you change settings in the menus, re inputs/sensors, then a...

I've sent you a PM.
Jabirus - SV 32 is good for Roll, SV 42 for Pitch however there is much more to it than that. There is the issue of inherent control cable friction and trim forces to contend with - get those sorted and the autopilot will work much better.

FWIW- I've never seen any EFIS issues that weren't owner/builder induced ;D More than happy to install one in my own plane for IFR (with analog backups) when the vac system starts giving me problems providing 'she who must be obeyed' approves ;)

Re: Amperage values "float" during engine operatio
Dick
An Electrolytic capacitor connected in the alternator output line will fix the 'noisy' output, B&C have a kit which is also used as an disconnect device in case of overvolt/current issues.
The use star washers etc may help your...
Re: Amperage values "float" during engine operatio
Mostly this is caused by a loose/poor connection, make sure they are all good - don't ask me how I know ::)
Jake J
May be a good idea to check all the connections - I just recently found a 'bad' Dsub connector that, although the socket clicked in, a gentle pull on the wire allowed it to come out - just one of those things that happen rarely ::)

Good call David - I usually have to make 'adjustments' to the loom to compensate for the 'short' wiring. Dynon I'm very happy to pay for the extra length for the 6 cylinder (RV10) Egt/Cht wiring harness. To keep parts count down it would mean that the Jabby 3300 wires would also be longer, so...

I had a similar problem recently (vers 5) - volts were always ok but amps up and down. Traced fault to one of the main battery leads not being secured properly ::), let us know if this fixes it.

More info from owner/builder -
Initially Ammeter was showing +5 to +13 Amps no load and +15 to +26 under load ( Nav & Strobe lts on)
last 2 engine hours it is showing +13 to +25 no load & +15 to +26 under load.
We have a B&C 40 amp Alternator fitted to an IO-360 & D120. Since first engine run the ammeter shows a fluctuating high (+5 up to +36) amps output however volts are always stable at 14.1- 14.2. Turning on 'loads' exacerbates the reading - any thoughts on why this is happening ? Shunt is in...
Re: Noise from headset after upgrading to version
Ivor - FWIW, coincidently I've just had the 'noise' problem with my 8yr old PMA6000MS, the squelch circuit has problems so I'm upgrading to the 7000B 'slide in' replacement. This 'noise' was noticed right after the annual but had an...
