The SV-ARINC-429 has been installed for a coupe of years, but this is the first time that I am trying to use it and configure it. It does show up and I can go to SETUP MENU > System Setup > SV-ARINC-429. And yes, I am seeing the labels received counter incrementing.

For the AMP, I have checked continuity and even shorted the 2 wires going to the EMS expecting a zero reading, but did not. That is problem one. My other problem is still all the unstable readings. Thank you.
