I would just press the update button on lower right side of EFIS  ;) (make sure the servos are powered up first & use the latest software update for the whole system)

Generally, all things being equal, an inflight cal will improve things. FWIW I aim for the mounting of ADAHRS (or Magnetometer wit legacy units) to be within .1 of a degree laterally & horizontally - not saying this is essential but I've never had a cal issue using this method  ;)

Its the level near the bottom of the tank that concerns me, that's where gauging is more important IMO. ;)

I'd recommend that you redo your small terminal (shunt) crimps & use internal star washers where you can, this is the area that usually is the cause of those issues IMO. KR knows I do a lot of installs & I don't have those issues since using the above method ;)

Bob, Subsequent to our discussion last night - this is a known problem I believe. It appears that the NMEA datastream from the GRT is not correct but I'm sure they will fix it ;)

I find the safest method is to use a ground wire that terminates in the Dynon connector, you can parallel the one from another sensor if you wish. ;)

Ryan I had that combination but changed to the PMA 7000 (SL15 was PMA6000) & it all works.  I'd suggest a recheck of the bottom connector if you haven't changed anything else.  Did you combine L & Right channels ?  :) I use masking tape & identify each number & letter due to the pin markings...

David "An external mechanical oil pressure probe shows a correct pressure"  -- is the mechanical one showing same as Dynon or is it different ? Kavilico  - red wire to 5v, green to pin 6 & black to Dynon ground wire ?  Then go to the Sensor Setup Menu (SETUP MENU > EMS SETUP > SENSOR SETUP)...

Play it safe & connect a charger to the system, you do not want to have a volt issue when doing updates. ;)

I'm not a PS-Engineering Dealer & have no issues with warranty however I do install work for a living - I guess they may be fed up with people who don't have many skills/experience making warranty claims unecessarily due to bad install work. They have excellent products however there is a way...

Put the aileron in the neutral position, then have the servo arm at right angles to the movement of the pushrod going to its (aileron) attach point.  ie the servo motor can be rotated to any angle but the servo arm should still be at right angles to the push rod.  Clear as mud ? ;)

Maybe I missed seeing that - wouldn't have made the suggestions otherwise. It's good to have ALL the data points before analysing an 'issue'. ;)

FWIW - I see movement of the VSI & Altimeter at times during the video indicating a static system issue ? as well.  Just a thought, try the test without anything else turned on eg Txpdr & A/Pilot, then do the same test with only the a/pilot turned on - the results could be interesting :-/
