    Are they within 15NM and 3,500' vertically? Traffic outside that area is filtered out on purpose to minimize clutter. This is not a SkyView thing, it's the way ADS-B was designed.     It should work, but what issues are you having? One point- the sensor is a single wire sensor which means it uses the engine block for ground. If you have it in a line and housing that is an insulator, then you need to run a wire from the sensor case to ground somehow.

    You must load it manually in the transponder menu. We do this because the transponder is the one device that can require a trip back to Dynon if power is lost during an update or another screen is turned on/off while the update is occurring.
