    Trying to revert to 13.0.3

Carl: Apologies, but no recommendations. The utility doesn't have a lot of user interface options such as you require. Perhaps try using a different Windows PC?

    SV-AP-PANEL inoperative

The SV-AP-PANEL buttons are only active when the AP mode is set to EXPERT. If your AP mode is set to SIMPLIFIED, what you're describing is normal.

No Radar then only my plane

The FAA started changing the way ADS-B works in late 2015. Until you have a fully compliant GPS on board or v14, you will start seeing shadows as they "upgrade" the system in your area.

No Radar then only my plane

Did you upgrade your transponder firmware when you updated to v14? If not, this is expected as the FAA is rolling out an ADS-B change across the country that will cause this.

    Complete System Failure In Flight

    ROTAX 914 with EMS-D10

Jarek: As we also explained in your email to Dynon Avionics Technical Support, unfortunately, the EMS-D10 simply does not support the N1EU07D differential fuel pressure sensor; that sensor has never been supported in the EMS-D10, and it is unlikely that the EMS-D10 firmware will be updated to...

    ADS-B Out flight check failed

Dan: If there's been less than 1 hour of SkyView operation since this issue, can you send us a Dynon Diagnostic File?

    No Fuel Pressure Reading

The sensor also has a connector, so you might check that it's seated correctly - check the pins in that connector. Otherwise it sounds like the sensor may have failed (though the usual symptom of a failed sensor is 0 PSI). We recently revised the Kavlico sensor installation instructions for...

    Transponder trades

Bob: If you're asking if Dynon Avionics will "trade-in" your SV-XPNDR-262 towards the purchase of an SV-XPNDR-261... no, Dynon Avionics does not accept trade-ins of an SV-XPNDR-262 towards the purchase of an SV-XPNDR-261. You have until 2020 to update your system to an SV-XPNDR-261...

No ADSB no GPS error received in flight

How is the 300XL connected to the transponder? Direct to the transponder, or only to a SkyView serial port? No matter how connected, the 300XL is not an approved ADS-B source, so it will be SIL=0. Seeing yourself is a target is expected since the FAA changed the ADS-B rules in early 2016 to...

    AOA and elevator position data

Assuming Savvy isn't manipulating the data from our datalogs, than the definitions for all of our datalog data are in Appendix E of the Install Guide. If they are changing it, then you'd need to ask them. We store both the actual elevator position and the trim position. So we don't know which...

    Dynon D2 Heading display absent

Is the D2 outside so the internal GPS can see the sky? If not, what you're describing is normal.

    One D700 hang on boot

Did you see any error messages on that display prior to this? To be clear, pushing buttons 1+2+5 had no effect (didn't reboot the display)?

    Serial PC updater

Connect to the EFIS-D100 and update the EFIS-D100. It will update the AP74 and the servos. Connect to the EMS-D120 to update it after you update the EFIS-D100. See our new manual on updating.

    Small GPS Dilemma

DO-229 is the performance document for WAAS GPS sensors called out by TSO C145. It says: So you can see from the above that there is no expectation that the GPS will keep up with an aircraft in much more than standard IFR procedures. 2.1.1.8 and .9 aren't perfectly clear what to do when you...

If you didn't update your transponder than this is expected, so you're on a good path there.

    Complete System Failure In Flight

Steve, What we really need to see is the screen shot of the MAP page. If there was a "?" mark on it, then you are getting GPS data but have no signal lock. If there is a red X, then we are getting no data from the GPS at all. All the messages you got are expected when SkyView has no GPS...
