I've noted that already in another board (probably EMS), Lasar has their signal output described in SL 1-96 section 7 as minimal 1.5V and max 4.5V, however I never checkd it directly. That is way to low however my EMS-10 is working with this direct hook up since more then 200hrs. No idea why...

Ben, I modified mine to have an EMS and a EFIS spaced closer, cut half of the leg on both and riveted a plate on top (makes it also a tad "flusher"). You could also cut the flanges off and flush rivet an L-angle on both sides. Send a p-mail if you need more infos. Werner

So when the newer version is loaded the circuit will be "unlocked" and recharging is possible again? Or it is recharged but the voltage shows 0.00 and you can run it from the internal battery and the newer version just unlocks the display?? br Werner
