Ok, to start off, the AP is great but .. I have went thru the inflight procedures and I'm still having an issue with the capturing of altitude. The AP will blow thru the selected altitude by maybe 60 feet and then keep "oscillating" +- 40-60 feet on either side of the selected ALT. sometimes...

Similar here. With VNAV selected and ALTHOLD on standby it has leveled off at the MDA. And left of centerline ... maybe 75-100 feet.

Open up the bay cover ! Yes, you can access the gps antenna under the top cowling but you need to check the engine mount brackets for a service bulletin for loose rivets !!! :-?

The "skin" over the avionics bay is made to to be removed on an RV-12. Actually, it is to be removed for the condition inspection as engine mount brackets are also in there. Check your SB's as there is a specific one for these engine mounts. Get the paint cutters and remove the cover.

What is the large box on the right side of the map screen with the dotted lines ? Can't find it in the manual :-? Doesn't seem to do anything even with a direct to.

if i recall, you fill 2 gallons at a time. when finished the skyview may read 16+ because the float only goes that high.

Is it correct I read virtual VOR (DME) ?

Are the VFR sectionals supposed to appear grainy? Mine do at all zoom levels.

Not sure if this an issue or just the way it is. The resolution on the VFR sectionals appear grainy at all zoom levels. Loaded 10 a few days ago and that's my only issue. Any ideas ?

My Hobbs is 111 hrs and tach time shows 89 hrs. Not the same.

Is it possible to display tach time on the main sky view screen?
