    I suspect your compass needs a very go calibration in the level flight attitude. There is a well detailed procedure in the manual. This is most likely the problem. The point of attachment to the servo needs to be on the inner most holes that does not cause over centre or travel limit issues...

    And the transponder software needs to be current possibly.....lots of things to check here. Sounds like you need to read the manual (installation) and check the configuration. Maybe the GNS430W is not connected or the output is not set up right. Maybe the SV is not set up right.

    YES Quite likely you have a USB stick with mapping on them. There are some USB sticks that do not play nice, and the small mini SanDisk seem to be the main culprits. There may be others too. What USB keys do you have connected?

    Set them to 1 per second for best diagnostic value. A CHT that went over 500 for any length of time would be a real concern to me, luckily this was not for very long. I would replace the spark plugs in that cylinder if nothing else and have a good look with a borescope.
