    Yaw Damper for RV10

Only the AP menu, but also that servo's disconnect switch can act as a discreet toggle for just the yaw damper servo.

    Autopilot Pitch Not Behaving

The first thing that I'd check is that the pitch servo shear screw hasn't been broken. One way to check that - engage the AP on the ground. When you overpower the servo, you should see the "slip" annunciation on the display. If you're able to move the stick appreciably and not see the the slip...

    Fuel indications EMS D120

That sounds like a sensor that may have become disconnected from the EMS-D120, so I'd probably start there.

SkyView Fault prompt: DATA 2 PAIR (PINS 4 & 8)

I think you've also sent us pictures via email, which confirms what our support team initially believed: It sounds like the problem is in the ADAHRS. We'll need to see that here to confirm and repair. Get in touch with our team so that we can help you close the loop on this, either via support...

SkyView Fault prompt: DATA 2 PAIR (PINS 4 & 8)

That warning is specific to the SkyView Network D9 connectors, and can not be caused by an issue in the D37 harness. It means that somewhere along the route of that wires, one of pins 4 and 8 is disconnected, or shorted together, or shorted to ground or power. The SkyView Network Status page in...

    Fuel indications EMS D120

The fuel quantity bar graphs are direct measurements from the tank sensors. They work completely independently from the fuel computer. The best way to see both at the same time is to switch the D120 to its fuel page. There, you'll see the bar graphs with numbers on the outer portion of the page...

    Recent TFR Display error Skyview

We've seen occasional errors in the geometry that the ADS-B system reports. Out of curiosity, was ForeFlight getting its TFR's from an internet connection or from a Stratus?

Flightdek 180 reporting lower voltage than battery

This sounds like the voltage that is actually getting to the D180 is actually dropping below 10V (actually well-below, because the D180 can outperform its spec'd voltage). One solution to that is the backup battery, which will supply power when the starter pulls the aircraft battery that low...

    Yaw Damper for RV10

So the installation of the servo tiller arm/bow kit is available here: http://www.dynonavionics.com/autopilot-components-documentation.php The installation information of the servo to the RV airframes comes from Vans (I believe - but am not sure - that it is available). The SkyView setup...

    uAvionix ADSB Solution

We use technology from uAvionix for our SV-ADSB-472 dual band receiver only. But their technology is not in any part of our ADS-B out solution, which is our SV-GPS-2020 (or other TSO'd GPS) + the SV-XPNDR-261. We've learned that supporting third-party products in these scenarios is hard for a...

I need rotor RPM added to my display

It turns out that that file had an error on it - sorry about that. The attached version works. There is one caveat though. It also turns out that having the engine type set to Rotax forces both RPM inputs to be the auto-set values, which obviously won't make sense for rotor RPM (the historical...

    "limited" EGT and CHT temperatures

What are you using for the actual CHT and EGT probes? The CHTs must be type J thermocouples, and the EGTs type K. If you're using different sensors, they won't output the voltages SkyView is expecting to see.

Val INS 429 compatibility with Skyview

We haven't tested one ourselves, but it looks like it outputs SL30-style messages over serial, which would make it compatible. They claim that it is (http://www.valavionics.com/2000--2kr-efis-compatability.html), but we can't confirm it that first hand.

Dynon firmware update failure in CTLS

Both displays do need to be updated separately and must be running the same version of software for your system to work properly. Also note that Flight Design aircraft are supposed to be updated using the software packages they distribute. Give our support team a call at 425-402-0433 or support...

    ADS-B

What are you seeing in the serial port setup page for the device? Are there ONLY good sentences incrementing? Or do you see group errors as well? Is the RX counter going up continuously? Also, make sure you've turned the weather on under the LAYERS menu. When you do, you'll have a widget on the...

I need rotor RPM added to my display

Yeah, the file load should be first, then set the pin mapping (you may need to undo/redo the pin mapping on the rotor rpm - IE - set it back to unused, then exit setup entirely, and then go back into setup and set it back to rotor). Then you should have multiple selections for the two rpms in...

"%" power is not displayed EMS D120

Where is the OAT physically connected? IF the EMS, make sure that the EFIS OAT is set to N. If the EFIS (via the EDC), make sure that none of the EMS GP inputs are set to OAT. And after making sure of that, you may need to do a DSAB configuration. Also, are you able to display the EFIS screen on...

    TRAFFIC FAIL message on map

Traffic Fail means that the configured device isn't being seen by SkyView. In this case, it's not because it's failed, but beause it isn't speaking a language that SkyView understands: It looks like PilotAware outputs a protocol of their own design, and doesn't look to support the output of...

my 2 CHT gauges and Oil Temp gauge start to rattle

When you say "rattle", I think you mean that the values are jittering or moving quickly? On the 912, both the CHTs and Oil temperature rely on the engine's ground path, so most likely the case of the engine isn't well-grounded to the rest of the electrical system.

    VNAV to runway

After VNAV is captured, you should see it re-arm ALT, and the altitude bug will be automatically adjusted to reflect the target you've set up in the deeper setup for VNAV (I thin k1000 feet above an airport, or 400 feet above a runway if you haven't changed the defaults). So it's actually...
