Did you only check the voltage on the wire from the D37, or the male pin at the box ? If no or low volts on the wire then I would recheck with using another wire at pin 15, sometimes there can be a bad crimp or the female socket is not 'clicked' into place properly. I've never seen a failure...

Contact Dynon Support, it's normally a damaged knob issue. Don't use contact cleaner least you create a bigger problem.

I'd have thought that was obvious - Dynon use Trig for their Transponders too. Dynon don't build Tso'd equipment at this stage & maybe never need to.
