    EMS-D120 cannot adjust clock

You can connect the avmap to the D120 serial input - that will give you utc after Avmap ‘locks on’ to satellites, then adjust local time to suit. Next time you power up the system will show the correct time. The Avmap will always then give time to the Dynon. Ps - do you have the D120 backup...

Can 101693-000 Be Used For Fuel

"Fuel Injection /Coolant/Fluid pressure" Sorry to labour the point however as above why would Fuel injection not include fuel pressure &, more specifically, Fluid pressure not include all the normal engine fluid pressures? ;)

Can 101693-000 Be Used For Fuel

Yes, read the last sentence carefully ;)

Kavlico Fuel Pressure Sensor - Rotax 912 iS

Nan usually means it’s not connected, in some way whether it’s physically not or via a setting.

    capacitance

You need the capacitance to voltage converter.

    ADSB 472

I’m guessing Dynon will announce when they are ready to do that, probably working on the best solution that helps everyone - they know that many are waiting for a solution.[ch128521]

New Dynon system for my plane

    2. No reason why you can't use the existing sensor kit for the rotax, may need minor changes like Map sensor but that is unlikely, IMO it's virtually the same kit except for fuel injection & turbo. 3. Transponder will work after all it's built in the UK & all their equipment is EASA capable. 4...

    Dynon Skyview Autopilot Issues

Engage the roll servo, hold the control stick & have someone try to move an aileron & , if it moves, that will confirm if the shear screw is broken. Be aware that there still could be some 'drag' or resistance caused by an edge of the broken screw.

    Dynon Skyview Autopilot Issues

    No problems at all [ch128521]

    ADSB 472

Relax Alexe, IMO it ain't that important - now if there was an issue with a 'box' that prevented me from flying then I'd surely complain too. Defender ? - really ?  As a long time avionics installer (36 Rv's so far + many other types) this is my philosophyabout how it works in my world- #1...

    Kavlico Fuel Pressure Sensor Failure

Oil press sensor - It could fail but they don’t seem to have the same failure rate as the VDO fuel pressure ones from my experience, I’ve never had to replace one. If it bothers you then I’d replace it to using the same wiring method etc.

    SV-OAT-340 Wiring

Simple, just splice in 2 x 22awg & twist them - I use a battery drill to do the twisting [ch128521] Ps length does not matter for our sized aircraft.

    Kavlico Fuel Pressure Sensor Failure

All good  :). Just buy the correct Kavlico unit, you can use the same sensor wire however if you have the MAP sensor on the engine side of firewall then I’d splice into the 5 volt (red& white) & ground wires for the others needed ie you’ll have 3 wires going to the new Kavlico sensor.  Don’t...

    Kavlico Fuel Pressure Sensor Failure

Sorry, your subject heading was for Kavlico Feul Pressure Sensor Failure so I gave input based on that - the symptoms you have/had are typical of the VDO (that’s the one in the photo) units & that’s one of the reasons why Dynon don’t sell the VDO ones anymore. That picture - hopefully the...

    Dual D10As

The input was in WRT your post #2, power & grounds are a given anyway. The information as described on page 5-2 is what you get on the 2nd D10A, no more or less. Page 5-4 gives more info on this. You could setup the #2 unit so that it can work the same as #1 if #1 ‘fails’ ;) Pm me if you wish...

    Dual D10As

I understand that but you need to connect the 2 x units via a 2 twisted wire cable.  It may not be obvious to you however if you want to share the info between the screens then that is what has to happen - rev J install manual page 5-2 has some info written above Efis 2. Also you connect both...

    Kavlico Fuel Pressure Sensor Failure

A simple thing to do is slide off the purple silicone ‘seal’ from the 3 pin connector at the sensor, then try the test again - it may not fix the issue but is a simple/cheap option that’s worth a try.  The only other option I can suggest, given the tests already done, is to try another sensor.

    Dual D10As

You just connect those items to one of the displays & the dsab network enables the info to be displayed on both ;)
