We actually now have a very basic VNAV function that will set you up on an X degree glideslope to a runway. It is NOT suitable as an IFR approach aid. I read the above on the July 5th reply. Is this still true today? We are trying to fly approaches using a Garmin 650 and not having much luck...

I just wanted to say thanks to Dynon and staff for these forums and the phone help I received from Rick. I reinstalled a shear screw on my elevator autopilot servo with the help of support and the demo videos and can report all is back to normal with minimum anxiety. Thanks again! Roger...

Any button such as the alt or trk turns off the auto pilot. Could that be because of a src being incorrect? Thanks

In the expert mode, we engage our autopilot with the panel but when we then go to trk alt and press the button the autopilot disconnects. Any suggestions?

One of my fellow pilots suggested going "old school" and merely making a mechanical splice by twisting the wires together, leaving the splice UNSOLDERED, then heat shrinking the splice. Is it possible to remove the battery indicator from the top bar of the display that does NOT have a back up battery? It is a bit annoying to get a warning message for something that doesn't exist. Thanks and have a great New Year all.

It would be very helpful if there was a search function in the on-line manuals. Also, the new version 15 doesn't allow me to download changes to my computer. This would also be useful rather than having to view it on the internet.

Just uploaded V15 with no apparent problems. One question: Why is the ADSB information showing on the pilots display and not on the co-pilots. Since there are always 2 pilots on board, I would like the displays to be alike in their information.

Bill, we had the same issue with our xpnder after 10 hours of it working. After checking all connections and wiring, we sent the unit back to Dynon for a look-see. Did you get your issue resolved? If so, what was the answer? Roger
