Where do you go for a pitot/static/txp check?

Agree that any shop can do the test. Some will test the entire system from static port(s) to transponder/encoder. Others will tap into the line that goes into the AD-AHRS and bypass the rest of the system. I'm sure you can tell which is going to be better. Also, be sure to put the system in test...

    Explanation Of Autopilot Tuning Parameters...PLEASE

From a post last year by another member that, IMO, greatly simplifies the definitions. You'll still follow the AP tuning guide, which we all know needs to be updated with the new settings. Sensitivity = Correction Accuracy Gain = Aggressiveness

Unofficial Dynon Skyview Update Script for MacOS

Very cool. So this bypasses the need for both a Windows computer and the download manager software? I don't use a Mac and not yet fly IFR but would be willing to write a similar script for Windows computers so the download manager, which I suspect uses FTP, could be tossed in the recycle bin.

    Foreflight Recognizing Skyview

I'd suspect something with FF, not SV.

    NO ADS-B OUT

The 430W requires a resistor in the serial line to the 261. I suspect the 440 does too. Chapter 12 of the install manual: If a Dynon Avionics SV-XPNDR-261 is being used for ADS-B Out capability: Another 430/530 serial output should be set to “ADS-B+ OUT” format. That serial port should be...

That should be fine, @Valsoar. The ground is just a signal reference.

    ADS-B Traffic on Skyview Map

Were you in a radar service area? If not, you'd only pick up traffic that is transmitting plane to plane via 1090 and antenna placement might result in blocked signals.

    ADS-B Traffic on Skyview Map

Yes, I have, and others too. Was supposed to be fixed and/or improved in the latest firmware update. I haven't flown enough with the update to know for sure.

    SV-BAT-320 charging and ACM-ECB

Kinda paraphrasing that one... There is a "page" where you can see the charging state, however.

    Getting the HDX to Dim

Be sure the torque is at 100%. If using 32, try the 42 or 52.

    ADS-B Traffic on Skyview Map

It is displayed on the map and optionally on the PFD via the SV-ADSB-472 ADS-B IN DUAL CHANNEL RECEIVER. The WiFi dongle will allow viewing of traffic and WX on compatible portable devices/apps. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/pnpages/10-06419.php

If you go into the battery state page in setup, does it show "Charging" ?

    Dynon "out of stock"?

Have you tried Aircraft Spruce for those components? I ordered 2 HDX screens a couple months ago and received them the same week from their stock (not drop-shipped).

    CHT, EGT no show...

Sounds like it may be an issue with either power or ground to the EMS. Be sure the EMS is properly grounded to the engine, as well.

    Wanted: Skyview experienced A&P

Type certified aircraft must follow the STC path for installation, which will require an A&P with inspection authorization (IA) who would need to be approved by Dynon.

First Flight with the Skyview HDX

You should be running at 75% power or higher and well ROP to control temps. I try to run at 80% power to ensure good ring to barrel break-in. If you do the ground compass calibration (no engine run needed), you should be fine for the first flight. I wouldn't worry about AOA cal or autopilot...
