    Strange Carb Temp Sensor Behavior

Most likely a poor connection. Even if the termination looks OK, it probably is not. While there is a remote chance it is the sensor, that would be the last thing I would replace. In your hunt for faulty connections do not assume the big D Sub connector is immune so check the wire/pin is seated...

    Fuel Flow settings

Assuming you have a return fuel sensor yes. The default 68000 is ppg for the red cube flow sensor.

    FLIGHT ANGLE PITCH ADJUST

This must be some OEM software setup by a LSA manufacturer. Best you contact them on how to "break in" to their setup.

    Fuel psi gauge pegged

Depends. If it is the old VDO sensor, you can just buy the right one from almost anywhere. If it is the newer Kavlico Dynon is the go, except they are making a change right now.....bad timing. My guess is that you have the old VDO sensor. For now replace that. then later maybe when time permits...

    FLIGHT ANGLE PITCH ADJUST

You will need to adjust this in flight if you want it straight and level when you are S&L. To do that you have to access the full menu. and then go to PFD setup.

Missing HSI Course Indicator/Course Deviation Indicator (pink arrow), Dynon D100/D120, Tru Trak, and 496

Do you have satellite coverage while you are looking or are you inside your hangar? The GPS needs to have a good live position to start with. I assume you have done this too?

    ADS-B NO RADAR ?

Folks.......THIS IS NORMAL >>>>>WHEN you are operating in an area that does not have the FAA's radar rebroadcast data. So the TIS-B is a broadcast from the FAA system so anything they send you can be displayed. This would include any Mode C only aircraft they have in their system. The downside...

Configuration fully erased on Skyview system

First of all.....I am impressed you managed to get 2 x HDX1100 in the front f an RV8.....Well done. Pictures would be nice :-) Now the bad news. You should not be using a Skyview classic on the same system as HDX. They are not meant to be nor does Dynon recommend this. In fact they clearly...

    HDX locked up in flight

Do you recall exactly which type? I have a few customers with them.

    HDX locked up in flight

Do you have a USB stick connected? There have been some funny things alleged to have been USB stick created....but that is rumour only. I assume you meant 1-2-5 to reboot ;-)

    Sky View fuel levels

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and it works. It is that simple. If you have an RV6 did you set the aircraft up in the flying attitude? Tail wheels need to be calibrated with the wings in the flying state. Nose wheels should also be done in the flying attitude too. That does not equal level ground ;-)...

    Audio alert inputs.

Go to the AUDIO SETUP menu and take a look at what is not configured. Also the AOA sounds according to a percentage and volume. You need to set that up too.

    Flight Deck 180 Serial connection

I have no clue on Windoze 10, but surely you can have a VM? But this will grow you grey hair....or remove what you have :-)

    Flight Deck 180 Serial connection

I have thoughts.........avoid W10 for anything that is serial related. Maybe I am an old cranky industrial automation guy. But I run W7 on a VM on my MAC. Same W7 installation from back in 2012/13...... It just works.
