I believe that means that we're self-detecting that something is up with the audio output or the files that it uses to make the audio. I don't know that there's a way to suppress that warning, unfortunately. Give our tech support team a call or email.

It should. But, our approach to software updates is likely to evolve. The general principle is that feature that we can bring to both should make it, but there may be times, due to certification or other reasons, where that won't be the case.
