    Assuming you're not going to keep the 327 - you won't end up having a direct connection from the SV-XPNDR-261 and the 430W once you transition. So I think the answer to your question (If I'm reading it correctly) is yes, it'll get severed.

    Transponder 262 fail

    If you're not getting any rx counter increments, we're not hearing back from the transponder. IE, it's not powered on, or the rx line isn't continuous. So those are the things I'd scrutinize first - triple check the wiring.

    Basically, yes and yes. The settings export and import will transfer most things, with the exception of a few things like tach and hobbs time (those aren't imported so that settings imports don't roll your times back. they ARE in the settings file though so that you can manually grab them)...

    Output logic from SV Classic?

    There isn't that I can think of, although you can configure a serial port to output flight information, which includes IAS. But you'd need to receive it with something computery and process it from there.
