    attitude indication

I had one a bit off too....it came good in flight but was not reliable so I sent it back to Dynon. I hope its not a trend of thins to come with some unreliable Gyro's. We have seen around 1400 hours on our first D10 and the second owner has not reported any issues, its now 6-7 years old. DB :)

Agreed 100% We do have a 10A push/pull CB for our servo's, and wired accordingly for SV52's. DB :)

    Auto pilot kill switches

You are worrying about nothing. The disconnect switch works well. If you have an AP74 the big engage / disengage works fine.... C/B is a last resort, but I can not imagine ever having to use it. Besides you can over ride the servo or break the shear screw if you ever get that desperate. Relax...

    Recurring Remote Compass issue

I had intermittent faults one day.....then it stopped working altogether. Swapped connectors around with other known good one problem followed the compass head. Was a dead magnetometer. Installed new one and all good.

    AP76?

Gooday dragonfly As far as I can tell you, and I have been a big noise in their ear about the AP76 as has a few others, I believe that they are just not willing to make a statement that may slip, and cause more trouble. I can not guarantee anything, I can not really speak for them officially...

    AP74 all lights on

I think the lights all come on when there is a DSAB error.....which there would be if you turn off the D100. Thats a I Think.....Dynon might be on a public holiday today so maybe that will help you until they return! :)

Problem with AOA_BAR  on EFIS D100

I see this thread has run three pages so maybe these ideas are not worthy of considering or may have been already. Are you 100% sure the AOA and pitot lines are going to the correct port in the D100? Try running complete brand new lines from the pitot probe to the device. Maybe there is a...

    EFIS Droop!

Hmmmm Powered up in the hangar with the pitot cover on. Next day flying all was ops normal. Yesterday it was pitching up not down a fraction more....... I will have to look at the "Holiday to Seattle" option. Might send it over before I leave for Oshkosh and bring it back after I visit...

    EFIS Droop!

So what has gone wrong here? The D180 (below) is the wrong instrument, as the a/c is in the hangar and D100 is showing correct roll and pitch. The d180 shows nose down and right bank. Only the first time I have seen this in 300 hours now. This is after a reboot and 15 minutes on. Do I need to...

    Autopilot overcorrection in heading mode

First thing to do is make sure your compass calibration has been done correctly, get your up to date inclination etc (refer the manual) and perform a compass calibration. This will most likely be the problem. Next thing to play with is the roll axis sensitivity. you may need to increase it one...

    AP and Garmin 695

Have you looked at the angle of bank limits or turn rate limits you have set. Latest software 5.3, set turn rate to 0, and Angle of bank to say 25 degrees. Play with it from there.

    Pre Armed Modes on Powerup?

I would think HDG mode is appropriate, you should BUG the runway heading or the initial heading if need be anyway, the NAV mode is selected once you are airborne. Anyway...just my thought on the matter. In flight you should also keep the heading bug set......just in case you need it. ;)
