DS FYI - I've had success using Dsub connectors on the firewall for the thermocouple wires using the closed barrel sockets and pins & with a 'metal' 45 deg exit backshell. ;) Jake J

ge In a word - no. The sky view 'controls' the AP however you may need to update the software version of the servos. Are you upgrading from a legacy system & want to use your existing servos? Jake J

Stu I usually remove any wires not needed as they can act as an 'antenna' receiving 'noise' from other electrics etc, makes for a neater installation too ;) It's a good idea to connect to both screens for redundancy. Jake J

Stu Not sure what you are trying to acheive here - however if you've got 2 displays I'd use this wiring hub http://www.vx-aviation.com/documents/AXIS-15A-110101.pdf - that way you can add/duplicate any compatible avionics as you see fit later. Jake J

I should have mentioned there is 1 x 37 & 2 x 9 pin Dsub M&F connectors in the kit which screw directly onto the SV - the connectors have nut/screws that need to be reversedso they can be secured. Jake J

Dynon have been supplying these to those who are having these'noise' problems which are SV specific - not needed for the legacy units ie D100 series but you have to ask as they are not standard issue with harnesses. HTH Jake J ;)
