This is how I want mine to work and it seemed to until I installed the gear fairings and wheel pants. Now it starts to beep just prior to stall, if at all.

I did one power off stall with full flaps and one with no flaps. AOA kicks in just before touchdown (right at the stall) so I plan to re-calibrate with no flaps only and see if it will provide more notification of impending stall.

As an A&P with plenty of Dynon installation experience, any advice on becoming an approved installer for the certified airplanes? I expect this to be a very popular upgrade for all the Piper, Cessna and Beech aircraft.

Bret, When you finish modifying the XLSM file, you will then export it to a TXT file, which can be imported. On the first tab within the XLSM file, there is a big SAVE button to export it.

I've used an iPad and an iPhone at the same time. No known issues.

You could try further reducing the pitch gain and/or sensitivity. My -7A is rock solid holding altitude after doing some cross country flights and tweaking it as I flew.

I suspect that the issue relates to having only one backup battery. If I recall, the system wants to see both screens online before it will allow network communications. I recall seeing a network related error when I switched off one of my screens because the system expected both WiFi adapters...

Have you run a test on the P1 screen backup battery ?

Do you have backup batteries on both screens so they have power during startup? It could be that the screens are losing enough power that the network is resetting and not recovering gracefully.
