    SFirmware updates

Maurice, Are you putting the thumb drive directly into one of the ports on the back of the display, or using the wiring harness USB? Often the wiring harness USB will cause these problems. Also try both ports on the back of the display.

Need to turn off Pull up Voltage on Pin 22 in EMS

Actually, I would put the pull down between the series resistor and EMS. It would probably still work the way you have it, but it isn't ideal.

Need to turn off Pull up Voltage on Pin 22 in EMS

Didn't see this until now, easiest way to solve it would have been to install a 10K pull down resistor in the line to the EMS to ground. This would effectively ground the pull up voltage when the switch was not supplying 12 volts. Current through the resistor would only be a little over 1 mA...

    Transponder interfering with AP

To add another data point, make sure the transponder antenna and coax is not near any SkyView network cables and particularly that the coax is not routed in a bundle with network wiring and the antenna shouldn't be anywhere near a servo.

    New fuel sensor not functioning

    ADS-B OK and ADS-B Status

ADSB-B OK, NO RADAR are all status messages of ADSB IN and have nothing to do with ADSB-OUT. Your settings look correct and it looks like the Garmin is also set correctly, or it wouldn't say OK on the GPS DATA line. Make a few more flights and pull PAPR reports on them to make sure it is all...

    12V On/Off Inputs

That is correct, although technically, even the 12 volt inputs are working exactly the same way. When the 12 volt powered device is switched off, the item (like the pitot heater) is actually grounding the 5 volts out of the EMS. It really doesn't care about the 12 volt being applied to the pin...
