I agree, I'd love to have the fuel used saved between flights. Especially since most of flying appears to be short flights lately!

I sent mine in yesterday for the upgrade..... Dynon emailed me with an RMA number and I had 2 weeks to return it. I believe they are doing first come, first serve from those of us who signed up over a year ago when it was announced. I hope to have mine back soon.

I was very excited when I read this, in fact I ordered 3 wifi modules online, one for each of my displays..... but then I read you need Foreflight Pro subscription at $150 per year.... I already use the basic subscription but I am NOT going to spend an additional $75 per year just to get wifi...

But you have had this functionality for years and years on the D180..... At some point the team was good with the debate.... So why not add add least that functionality to the SkyView?

I have a GX60 connected to my SkyView.  I also have a Garmin 696 and the SkyView GPS.  It will display the course on the SkyView HSI, and give lateral approach guidance on the SkyView HSI.  Let me know if you need help with the configuration and I can look up how I did it. Thanks -Mike Kraus

Not sure about everyone else, but I'm a bit offended by this.... If you don't like the product, service, or timing, you can choose to spend your money elsewhere..... Did Dynon wrong you.... If this was meant to be a positive result, I think there are more professional means to get there...

Right after Engine data logging and shock cooling, as the D180 has had for years.....

I used a pin extractor and removed all unneeded wires. Unused wires make great antennas which can cause problems, from my experience. -Mike Kraus

So maybe I did speak too soon. On my way back the next day it seemed to be back off about 40' high. Not sure why it appeared to work on Sunday....guessing operator error as that was the first time it seemed to hold proper altitude. Monday was pretty turbulent and it was back to ~40' off again...

Re: A/P Question - Solved Yeah!! Looks like ver 3.3 fixed this issue. I for 0.7 hours today and the autopilot altitude was spot on for the first time. Thank You! -Mike Kraus 8-)
