Call Dynon they have a fix for this. It's hardware based. I have not seen a spike since the replacement.

I would check the calculation of the red cube and if needed a resistor. On the lycoming one needs a 100k or so (some need more) resistor to make it work without fluctuations. No idea what it is for a rotary.

Have you checked the volume on both screens? right now I only have it coming from 1 screen, It's too much work to add the other, but it always is the first to boot with battery power and always produces alerts.

Silly question, but How will the flight director work on the Skyview and what is required other than the AP to have it work. I see that it "shows the pilot what the autopilot would be doing if the servors were engaged" why is that important?

I use the flight stick. If I needed a warning I would put the horn on the wire I press for CWS/ turning on and off the autopilot. So you would get a horn when the button was pressed.

I have had the exact symptoms. When everything heats up the connection expands and is solid. The issue is you need to tighten the connector. I ended up needing to recrimp the connectors with new ends. Has been solid ever since.
