    This likely wouldn't be a servo issue if the command bars are indicating a want to pitch up. What does the G-meter look like, out of curiosity? The autopilot obeys certain limits, including bank angle, the speeds in that setup menu, and also G-limits.

    Early EMS modules were susceptible to interference of this sort on EGT/CHTs. If you get in touch with our support team (contact info in sig), we can have it back for repair. Or filters as described above will work too.

    If you're getting any data at all, then it's not a baud rate issue. My guess would've been the data rate accidentally set to normal, not fast, which is in the advanced nmea setup on the 496. Do you have JUST a D120? Did it used to work?

    There isn't a "demo" mode, but, if you have it connected to an ADAHRS, EMS (which are both SkyView Network, and essentially plug and play with the 9 pin cables) and GPS (4 wires), plus power/ground, you can play with virtually all of the core features of the PFD, EMS, and MAP.

    It could be a wiring issue, but most likely the actual probe has failed in some way. Testing depends on which probe you have (the 3 wire or 2 wire)

    Correct. It has its own receiver/antenna requirements. This is actually a good thing from a systems perspective, since it gives you GPS position source redundancy.
