    Airguy, You might also want to run chkdsk on your system to see if the hard drive is having issues at the OS level. Open a CMD prompt in Admin mode Type: CHKDSK C: Hit Enter If the check fails anything, it will ask to run with /F (fix), which it can only do during a reboot on the C: drive.

    The trim input should be the same whether manual or by the AP. Be sure you do not also have trim relays in the system as the AP button panel manages the relay functionality for you.

    Start by checking the shear pin on the pitch servo. If that is good, and nothing else changed, it would be prudent to look over the flight controls and surfaces for any changes. If all that is fine, sounds like you need to adjust sensitivity and/or gain.

    Jay, What you describe does not quite make sense to me. If you have an intercom, the radios should be wired through it and only function with the intercom turned on. Can you provide a schematic of how it is wired? Also, your hangar lighting often sends out a lot of RF noise that can cause this.

    The ignition type also matters. If connected to a standard magneto, you will need a resistor inline, per the installation manual. The PPS should then be set to 2 for an O320 engine. If using electronic ignition, no resistor is required but the input to the EMS module is different.

    I have gotten the same CHT warning due to a poor connection on one of my cylinders that always goes away after a few minutes (usually). I disabled the audio on that one to avoid hearing the noise until I find time to replace the blade connectors with something more reliable.

    I too am spoiled by the ability to select frequencies from a database using the NRST feature of the radio. I don't use the "send to" feature from the EFIS often, though.
