    Interesting...... Download the diagnostic file and send it to Dynon. You can mention I have had this myself once. ATC lost the ALT data and no amount of recycling would change it. I blamed ATC. May or may not be related.

    Bad crimp as Jake has said. It may be the crimp or it may be the terminal. Squeeze down the female terminal jaws. Or replace with OLC-1's.

    Rv6 fuel level calibration max at 14 gallons

    Did you do this with the plane in the flying attitude? RV6 is a tailwheel, think about the float positions. Normally you see about 4 gallons unreadable at the top of the tank.
