    It sounds like only one of the displays has the PocketFMS data on it for some reason. There's a screen under SETUP>LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP>DATABASES that you can look to confirm whether this is the problem or not.

    Yes. The 914 has a fuel loop that sends some fuel to the engine, and has a return line that returns the remainder to the tank.     Any chance you can shoot a video of what you're seeing on the screen? Also, you do need to be in alt hold mode, with VNAV armed, for it to capture and transition properly.
