It sounds like only one of the displays has the PocketFMS data on it for some reason. There's a screen under SETUP>LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP>DATABASES that you can look to confirm whether this is the problem or not.

Serial only carries a subset of the ARINC info, so you'll only have partial functionality. Essentially, lateral guidance is available via the serial, but the vertical information is not carried via serial.
