They both store their own calibrations, so you'll need to do them both individually. SkyView - in contrast - does share settings and calibrations across displays in a multi-display system.

I'd start with NMEA @ 9600 Baud. If that doesn't work, try move to aviation format, same baud rate. Or really anything the Mini supports: SkyView can be set for practically any baud rate. I'm not positive about the Mini's output capabilities though to be able to tell you which format might have...

Do they both get fed from a common set of DSAB wires (IE, a single leg to both servos that then splits). One thought here is to disconnect the servos one at a time to see if it's one of them causing the issue discretely.
