You only need 4.0 to use the quick update packages. You can still update by downloading all of the files that we package up individually. Basically start here instead of at the very top of the page. For dual-engine installations, you'll need two displays, as you say at the end of your question. Each EMS module - and all of that engine's information - is then shown on each display. There isn't a way to combine show them both on one screen.

There hasn't been any change to the way the fuel flow signal is sensed. Sounds like a coincidence, as you suspect. One other thing to check is whether something happened to the signal wire that goes from the red cube to the 37 pin harness.
