    rx counter

Hopefully I understand your question correctly. The RX counter will go up while the GPS 250 is receiving data. I cannot say why you have sentence errors but it could be related to poor signal while in a hangar. There is no "dealing with sentence errors," per se. The system is simply telling...

    Capacitance to voltage converter

Pins 22 (Violet/Green) and 23 (Violet/Yellow) on the EMS 37 pin harness can be used or any other type C input for the white wire. Any available ground wire on the same connector or a common ground can be used. You'll need to splice into pin 15 for both converters if you want to power them via...

Calibration of fuel quantity and trim settings

Don, Looks like the fuel sensor has not yet been configured via setup. It knows it needs calibration so I suspect you have not yet set the color ranges (e.g. 0-4 red, 4-8 yellow, etc.). Likely the same for trim, which reads, if I recall, 0-5 volts, depending on trim setting.

No Amps Showing on Skyview Screen

The shunt is normally installed such that, once burned out, the alternator would no longer charge the battery or supply power to the main bus. I thought its primary purpose was to burn up if the alternator malfunctioned with an over-charge, supplying too many amps to the system.

My AP doesn't wanna keep horizontal flight

This is usually caused by fluctuating static pressure, which the AP senses as an altitude change and tries to correct. What type of static ports are you using? Have you tried disconnecting the static port and letting it read the pressure inside the are where the ADAHRS is located?

EMS General Purpose Pin 9 and Canopy Contact

I must be blind. Having read Brinsley's response, I see that it is wired as I suggested with an external 12v source. I agree, the EMS must be providing some amount of ground. A diode on the line to pin 9 should take care of the issue.

Sv 32 not visible in network

Set your meter to Ohms or the tone generator for continuity and check the power wire to the servos for continuity to ground. One or both will likely show resistance (should be open). Once you determine which wire or wires are shorted, the hard part begins. If your soldering skills are decent...

EMS General Purpose Pin 9 and Canopy Contact

Are you not using the built-in indicator that would normally be on the display for pitot heat but rather an external lamp? You can add the pitot heat indicator to your display and would not need the external lamp. Regardless, you will need to power the lamp separately (e.g. pin 15 or external...

    SkyView EMS Tach Inputs

Do you have the Zener diode installed that came with the P-Mags? If so, it would explain the voltage drop. You should not need it if using the standard RPM inputs (pins 32, 33). If installed, you would be using pins 34 and 35 for the low voltage option.

Sv 32 not visible in network

Assuming the wires are properly pinned at both ends, this points to a short to ground. You should be able to locate the shorted wire by checking continuity between each wire and an airframe ground. If that finds nothing, it would point to a short within a servo.

    Serial Converter and Windows 10

Robski, Yes, you want to ensure the driver matches the OS architecture for 32/64 bit. I suspect the hardware from different manufactures is similar enough that a driver from another MFG (or Dynon) could work on the adapter you already have.

    Both Servos Misbehaving

My response was referencing your mention that you had them connected using the standard network cables. It sounds from this response that you have them wired correctly using the harness Dynon sells for the servos, which means you had to terminate one or both ends with the DB9 connectors per the...

    Both Servos Misbehaving

The servos cannot be connected to the network using a standard network cable; they must be wired specifically per the install manual.

    Transponder interference

Bob, Your problem is obviously different than the others. To say RG-400 is not THE solution is, in your case alone, true. It did, however, solve the problem for a number of others. I would start with the antenna you selected. Since it is a dipole type, it may be the faulty component in your...
