Yes. That is the exact setup I have in my airplane, but you don't use the ARINC-429 module for ADS-B. The G430W must be connected directly to the transponder for 2020 compliance as per the installation instructions. But once connected and both the G430W and the SkyView system are cofigured...

It also tells you if the FAA is actually receiving your ADS-B out, compliant or not. If they receive your ADS-B out and they have traffic, then it will be sent. If they are not receiving your ADS-B out then something changed/failed in your system. 8-)

If you want to know how your ADS-B system is performing, send an email with N-number to: 9-AWA-AFS-300-ADSB-AvionicsCheck@faa.gov and request a detailed report. Include ADS-B equipment & GPS make/model to save a few emails if there are system performance issues. 8-)
