    I looked at this and it is not under PFD but is under Screen. I'm not near my plane but can give you the actual steps at the end of the week if you still need them. The Signpost toggle is on the same screen as the HITS. I did verify that.

    It is set during the calibration. You can repeat the calibration for the trim and set it.

    CRS mode with GNS480

    The way that is normally done in the the 480 is that once you are on the course to the point, you build the hold there. Hit Direct then Hold and build it. The plane will enter and track the hold. arriving at the hold point the first time is when the HSI course will snap to the expected hold course.

    500 ft Warning

    I saw this on Foreflight the other day while acting as a safety pilot shooting approaches. A flag pops up top center of the screen. Probably audio as well but my iPad not connected in that plane. I think it is a new Foreflight feature. My Dynons do not do this (Skyview ver 14).

    I had that issue with one of my displays. Send the diagnostic files to Dynon. There is an upload site to do this. Support will get back with you. In my case they issued an RMA and had me return the display. Dynon Support is the best in the industry.

    Flight Planning to Extended Runway Centerline?

    I would discourage long (5 mile) straight in approaches to uncontrolled fields. Using the same idea to enter downwind would be safer. Bear in mind radio use is not mandatory at these fields and some aircraft may not even be equipped much less using a radio. Food for thought.

    Any chance the fuses in the wires going from the new shunt to the EMS were left out during the switch? Might seem too simple but easy to check. After this it would seem a conitnuity check of the wire from shunt to EMS pin might be in order.
